1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Cut-off Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) GMT on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next business day.

4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across all regions of Ghana. Delivery fees and estimated times vary by region and are calculated at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery updates. You can also track your order status at any time by visiting My Orders in your account.
6. Delivery Confirmation
When your order is marked as Delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with a Confirm Delivery link. Clicking this link confirms you received your goods and releases payment to the vendor. Please do not confirm delivery until you have physically received and inspected your order.
7. Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to extreme weather, peak holiday seasons, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays via email or WhatsApp.
