1. Return Period
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. The period begins on the day you receive the goods.
2. Condition of Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- With all tags and labels intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customised / personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Clearance / sale items (clearly marked as "final sale")
4. Return Process
- 1 Contact us via givatisgive@yahoo.com or through the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
- 2 We will send you a return authorisation and the return address.
- 3 Ship the item back to us (please use a trackable shipping method).
- 4 Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Quality-related issues: We cover the return shipping cost.
Personal reasons (e.g., change of mind): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Mobile Money account). If that is no longer possible, we will offer store credit.
